Tag Links shows you all the snippets with links to the tags that your current snippet is tagged with.

Right-click in your snippet text and select "Show Tag Links" or press Ctrl+Alt+T. This opens/hides a window at the bottom of the screen with the list. Click on the snippet title to see the snippet text. |
You can also select the Show Tag Links button near the bottom of your screen below your snippet text - if the folder/snippet has tags, the button will be blue:
