Email Line Length

If you have set a left margin or have a web address that is longer than the line length you have set (with 'Web Addresses Non-Breakable' set in Options), you will get a message in the status bar showing the length of the longest line.

You can also change the number of characters before this message appears in Options:

O_LongestLineMessage

If line is very long, you may need to increase the length at which your email client automatically wraps your lines before sending it to stop web addresses being broken into two lines.

In Outlook, this can be done through Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Settings and then changing the setting: Automatically wrap at xx characters when sending.

In Outlook Express, this can be done through Tools -> Options -> Send -> Mail Sending Format section -> click on the Plain Text Settings button and then changing the setting: Automatically wrap at xx characters when sending.
