Generated Text & Emails

There are two main ways in which you can use your formatted text: through your personal emails and sending out ezines and autoresponder requests to your mailing list.

 

1. Emails

 

For users who have Outlook or Outlook Express set as their default email program, right-click in either the 'Original' or 'Generated' tabs and click on the 'Paste to Email' icon MF_PasteIntoNewEmail (or just press Ctrl+E). Your generated text will then be pasted into a new email.

 

Users who have other programs as their default email program, will have a Create New Email icon MF_CreateNewEmail when they right-click in either the 'Original' or 'Generated' tabs. If you click on that (or just press Ctrl+E), this will generate the text and create a new blank email in your default email program. Then left-click in the body of the email, right-click and select Paste.

  

2. Ezines and autoresponder requests

 

Sending out ezines and autoresponder requests via an online database (eg. 1ShoppingCart.com or AWeber.com).

 

In the 'Generated' tab, right-click and then click on 'Copy Document'.

 

Then go to the relevant webpage from where you can broadcast your ezine or add/edit autoresponder messages, and then paste your text into the relevant place.
